  • D-Groups

Discipleship Groups will continue to minister to one another in the same ways that they have been during the quarantine time with HEAR Journals, group texts, phone calls, ZOOM meetings, etc. Formal meeting times at the church are not being provided at this time.

We will not be providing childcare or children's classes/programs throughout the first steps of our Phase In. Children of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend any service or program with their parents/guardians. Please do not let the fear of being a "distraction" keep you from attending. We are excited to have everyone unite back together, no matter what that looks like. Ultimately, we know that every family situation is different, so please do whatever you feel is best for your family.

*Our plans are to add Kid's classes/programs and childcare options in July/August if the situation continues to improve.

In an effort to keep you informed on how we are preparing our facilities for this return and how we will continue to provide a clean & safe environment each week, please look over some of these steps we are taking...

    • Our campus will be "fogged" with disinfectant before/after each service/program day

    • Our janitorial staff will deep clean restrooms, doors, etc. each week between services/programs

    • Door Greeters will open/close all doors throughout campus to limit the amount of people that touch doors

    • Doors will be wiped down multiple times throughout Sunday mornings & Wednesday evenings

    • Hand Sanitizing Stations are positioned throughout the campus

    • Restroom Doors will be adjusted to allow hands-free entry/exit

    • Signage throughout campus to remind of guidelines and provide directional instructions  (outside, inside, on doors, on screens)

    • We will not have the Cafe open or coffee available at this time

    • Entering/Exiting Procedures utilized and communicated clearly

    • No paper handouts such as bulletins, communication cards, etc.

Attendees are asked to follow these guidelines in order for us to continue to offer programs/services in a safe environment...

    • Greet others with contactless methods (no handshakes, hugs, etc.)

    • Remain 6 feet apart from those not in your household

    • Sit with your household only

    • Use hand sanitizing stations

    • Follow any other instructions provided by staff, volunteers, or signage

  • Events & activities

Our summer calendar of events has been altered to provide the best schedule for our ministries under the current conditions. These decisions were not the easiest to make, but we feel as though we can still provide a great summer of ministry & fulfill our mission with this format.

    • Church Prayer Drive - Sunday, May 17 from 9:00-10:00am
    • Summer Day Camp - cancelled for 2020
    • VBS - changed to a 1-day Super-Summer Kid's Event on Saturday, July 18

    • JOY Ministry Mexican Fiesta - Thursday, July 16 - Street Tacos lunch at the Church
    • all other previously planned summer events have been cancelled or are being rescheduled

We are hopeful that we will be able to return to our full slate of weekly programs, services, and events in August. We are continuing to monitor the situation and listen to the guidelines and recommendations provided by our national, state, and local government, as well as the Southern Baptist Convention, Tennessee Baptist Mission Board, Mid-South Baptist Association, and the Fayette Baptist Association.

*Ultimately, we will continue to pray and seek the Lord for direction and wisdom on what the best decisions are for our church. With that said, all of our plans and timelines are subject to change based off of many factors. The timeline for these items could be moved up or delayed as needed.
