GriefShare is a support group to help you move through the grief process.

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this group, you will discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you will learn helpful ways to cope with grief in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

During the GriefShare meetings you will see encouraging videos, participate in supportive discussions, and study through a book that will guide you as you take part in this class. 

The group will be led by DJ and Jennifer Hughes, and meet in room A-105 in our church lobby.
