Throughout our lives, there are a variety of challenges that we may face - marriage problems, finance problems, family problems, addictions, depression, anxiety, you name it. At Fayette Baptist Church, we believe the Word of God is sufficient for addressing such issues. Our desire is to see lives transformed by the power of Scripture by applying its truths to the everyday challenges of life.

To best minister to the needs of our church and those in our community, we are looking to develop a biblical counseling ministry, which you can be a part of! Our goal is to train up fellow believers to effectively wield the Sword of Truth (God's Word) so they can meet the needs of those around them.

Starting in January 2027, we will host a spring MidWeek class that introduces people to biblical counseling and how we hope to develop this ministry at Fayette Baptist Church. We are also wanting to help get those interested in formal biblical counseling certified through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

Whether you are looking to formally counsel or know more about how you can better speak into the lives of those around you, we want you to be equipped to share the riches of God's Word with others. We look forward to growing together!
