Jeremy Smothers is married to his beautiful wife Desiree, and has two kids and one on the way. He is always bringing laughter wherever he goes. He loves spending time with guys in the youth ministry, and has served faithfully on our staff for years. You can find him telling dad jokes and wearing flip flops always.

Desiree is married to her awesome husband Jeremy, and is a mom to soon to be three awesome kids. She was in Pastor Drew's youth ministry and now has a passion for students herself. She loves investing in youth girls, and is a good listener. She is really creative and fun, and has impacted many girls over the years. 

Stephen gave his heart to Jesus at the age of 7, he felt called to the ministry at camp when he was 14. He has felt led to Disciple young men to live according to the word of God. He is married to his beautiful wife Allie, and has a daughter on the way.

Stephen desires to love the Lord and serve Him well in every part of His life.

Allie is 27, married to her husband Stephen, and is a mother to a baby girl on the way. Allie began a relationship with the Lord at age 7. She felt the call to foreign missions at 14 and began to learn Spanish. During her time in student ministry she grew in her love for the Lord and disciple making. She has been on various mission trips to Central and South America and was given an opportunity to intern for a missionary couple. During her senior year of high school, she realized missions is to be done not only from afar, but also at home. She felt led to begin serving in a youth ministry at a local sister church in Memphis. She now teaches Spanish and is a part of the student ministry team alongside her husband, Stephen. She hopes to help young ladies learn about the Lord and how He desires to use them for the kingdom. 

 Ryan started his personal relationship with the Lord when he’s was 17. He was called into ministry soon after and has a heart for preaching and building disciples. He works full time doing mold remediation and part time at the church. He loves to drink milk and play basketball.

Allie started her personal relationship with the Lord at the age of 16. She grew up in the Fayette Baptist Student Ministry, and has a heart for growing disciples and building community here at Fayette! She is a local hairstylist and loves hanging out with people, drinking coffee, and the mountains.

 Michael started his personal relationship with the Lord when he was 17. He has grown up in the Fayette Baptist Student Ministry and loves building relationships with people. He currently works with installing low voltage equipment and he loves watching movies with people and playing sports.

Cade has been involved with worship ministry since the age of 17, and now serves as the Student Worship leader, as well as keyboardist for Fayette Baptist church and the Common Ground ministry. His relationship with the Lord began during his early teenage years, and the discipleship he received during his youth gave him the desire to see others disciples as well. He loves teaching and developing the talents of young men and women, and helping them use their gifts for God’s glory, through music, sports, and solid Biblical teaching.

Swerve is married to his awesome wife Kim, and has a son in the youth ministry named Isaiah. He is a sinner, saved by grace, commissioned to tell the world. Everyone calls him Swerve, and if you do a foot race with him you will probably lose. He is a great communicator and loves to dive into God's Word with students. Now that his son is in the youth ministry, he is convinced even more so that God is doing something special within our students and feels led to be apart of that. 

Seth started his personal relationship with Jesus at a young age, but began to really grow in his faith after highschool. He traveled with Life Action Ministries as the Audio Technician, and has continued his education and expertise since then. He faithfully comes and pushes our ministry towards excellence in not only the production aspect. He's passionately behind the scenes, making every Wednesday night better and better-- and teaching students to do so as well.

Georgi was saved at a young age, but it wasn’t until her mid teenage years that she began to study God’s word and invest in her own walk with Christ. Her goal is to connect with youth by getting to know them, hearing their stories, and supporting their spiritual growth in a way that fits their personal needs. Georgi is working on a degree in biblical counseling and enjoys spending time outside, traveling, and buying more candles than her roommate says is healthy!

Hannah grew up in a small town in East Texas where she was saved at the age of 7. When she was in the 7th grade, she got involved in her youth group where a couple of her youth leaders really poured into her and modeled how to walk with Christ.

After attending a Vision Night for Fayette Baptist Church in 2018, Hannah felt God leading her to move here, and after much prayer, she did! Her youth experience gave her the passion to be a volunteer with the youth and to pour into other girls and help them grow in their relationship with the Lord. Loves to play volleyball, sing and spend time with Family & Friends!

Jennifer nailed down her salvation at a summer camp in FL in 2004. She loves working with youth and has done so since graduating high school in 2005. She believes student ministry is AWESOME, and loves hanging with students! Jennifer works as the administrative assistant for Fayette Baptist Church and is addicted to water and chapstick!! :)
